We’re looking for an editor to help us refine the books we’re creating for gay men. Our books are typically around 150–200 pages and written in short, bite-sized sections, with a focus on honest reflections, practical insight, and emotional growth. You’ll help strengthen the writing, catch errors, improve clarity, and make sure each book feels polished while staying true to its original voice.

We’re looking for someone who can take our existing Real Gay Life books and transform their ideas into practical workbooks for gay men to actively work through. You’ll help create thoughtful questions, exercises, prompts, and activities that take the reflections in our books beyond reading and give men an opportunity to apply them to their own lives.
